This website is operated by ITResQ Limited, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 07784582), whose registered office is at 3 Sheen Road, Richmond, TW9 1AD. For the purposes of UK data protection law, ITResQ Limited is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

What we collect
We only collect personal data that you choose to give us, plus a small amount that is collected automatically when any website is visited:
- Enquiry details — when you use our contact form we collect your name, email address, and (optionally) your company name, phone number and the message you send.
- Technical data — like most websites, our web server automatically logs basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, for security and reliability.
How we use it, and our lawful basis
We use the details you submit through the contact form solely to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to take steps towards providing services you've asked about. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services, and where applicable, taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
We do not use your details for marketing without your consent, and we never sell your personal data.
Cookies and third-party services
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. A strictly necessary cookie may be set when you submit the contact form, to protect against cross-site request forgery — this is required for the form to work securely and is not used to track you.
We load the Inter typeface from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers to retrieve the font. That request is subject to Google's privacy policy.
Sharing your data
Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to us by email using our email service provider. We do not otherwise share your personal data with third parties, except where we are required to do so by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as is necessary to deal with your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, after which it is deleted or archived in line with our normal retention practices.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have rights over your personal data, including the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct or delete your personal data;
- object to, or ask us to restrict, our processing of your personal data;
- withdraw any consent you have given.
